Fruit Medley by Jenny

Ingredients

2 apples, peeled, cored and cubed
2 pears, peeled, cored and cubed
½ mango, cubed
½ cup blue berries
¼ rockmelon (cantelope), cubed
A little water

2 Qubies containers

Method

Either steam in the microwave or place in a saucepan over the stove until the fruit is soft. Puree to the desired consistency.

If you find this is very watery from the juices released from the fruits, add some rice cereal until you achieve the desired consistency.

It’s absolutely delicious!
