Suitable for little people through to big people
2 punnet strawberries
1 punnet blue berries
4 tbs vanilla yoghurt
3 tbs honey
Variations: add your favorite fruits (banana, peaches, mangos, apricots) or even a touch of cinnamon or vanilla. For pre or post gym workout, add protein powder.
Place everything into a blender and blend till smooth.
Pour into your Qubies to the ‘max fill’ line. Pop on lid & freeze
After school smoothies/pre & post gym workouts: Take 1 /2 cubes/person, add 1 cup milk/person – blend for a quick healthy smoothy.
